TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them.

This page describes how this shop actually operates. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a lawyer in Tunisia before you rely on it.

HOW AN ORDER IS MADE

Putting an item in your basket is not an order and does not reserve it. An order exists when you complete the checkout, and we accept it when we send you the confirmation email. Until then, either of us may walk away.

We may decline an order where the item has sold out, where the price or description was plainly wrong, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. If we have already been paid, we refund in full.

PRICES

Every price is in Tunisian dinars and includes any tax due. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already accepted. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we will tell you before charging you and you may cancel.

PAYING

You may pay by card, taken through Stripe, or in cash to the courier on delivery. Card payments are authorised at the time of order. Where an order is not paid, we release the stock back to the shop after a short hold.

DELIVERY AND RISK

We deliver across Tunisia. The times on Shipping & Delivery are the ones we work to, and we will tell you if something delays us, but they are estimates rather than guarantees once a parcel is with the courier.

The goods become yours, and at your risk, once they are delivered to the address you gave.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unworn item. After 7 days we do not refund or exchange. Pierced earrings and opened body care cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The full conditions are on Returns & Refunds and form part of these terms.

Nothing here limits your rights over a faulty item, which are not restricted to that window.

WHAT WE SELL AS DESCRIBED

We photograph every piece on white and worn, and describe what is actually visible in those photographs. Screens differ, so a colour may read slightly differently on yours than in the room the piece was shot in. Where a material is named — gold-plated stainless steel, acetate, cubic zirconia — it is the material the piece is made of.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account being used to defraud us or to abuse the shop.

WHAT BELONGS TO US

The photographs, text, layout and name on this site are ours. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without our written permission.

WHERE WE STAND

We are liable for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting it right when we do not. We are not liable for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

DISAGREEMENTS

If something goes wrong, write to [your contact email] first — almost everything is settled that way. Failing that, these terms are governed by Tunisian law and the courts of Tunisia have jurisdiction.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
